HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shop and select your preferred items and quantities and click either add to cart or buy now. Once you are ready to checkout, fill in your personal information and choice of either delivery or self pickup. We will process your orders within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent. 

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE? 

Rest assured that your personal information is kept secured and aligned with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) global data protection policy. For more information, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" section for more information. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Currently we accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Bank Transfer and E-wallets (TouchNGo & Boost). 

All payments will be processed securely via our online payment gateway provided by iPay88.com 

CAN I PERSONALISED AN ORDER?

Yes. You may personalise your item by adding your result at the "ADD A NOTE" section at your cart.

CAN I MAKE A BULK PURCHASE?

Yes. You may make a bulk purchase and for orders above 10 units, our food & beverage team will be in touch for arrangements.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged at the time of purchase. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR CANCEL ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Refunds, cancellation or changes to your orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation. 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO? AND HOW WOULD YOUR RATES DEFER?

We are currently delivering to locations in Kuala Lumpur at a flat rate of RM15. For delivery outside of Kuala Lumpur, you may opt for a self pickup option with a choice to either self collect or arranged with your delivery partners such as Grab Delivery or Lalamove.
