1. I didn't get a confirmation email for my order. Why is that?

Please contact our team: fnb.admin@ickualalumpur.com.my (Mon - Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM).

 

2. Can I personalised an order?

Yes. You may personalise your item by adding your result at the "Remarks" section at your cart. 

For urgent requests, you may contact us at +60 16-202 4623.

 

3. Can I make a bulk purchase?

Yes. You may make a bulk purchase and for orders above 10 units, our team will be in touch with you for arrangements.  

Alternatively, you may place an order with our food & beverage department by emailing us at fnb.admin@ickualalumpur.com.my (Mon - Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM).

 

4. Can I change my order or cancel once it has been placed?

No. The confirmed order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
